Video doen’t lie! What we think we are doing is not what we see on video. Video can really speed up your golf improvement.

It is amazing how different your swing looks on a video and it is always very useful when you are having a lesson as it always helps me trust what my professional has been telling me.
Also, isn’t it interesting that Tiger’s swing has lately become more compact and stable than ever (still not sure how he controls all that power) enabling him to hit even more solid shots.

That is just incredible. Video analysis has just had an incredible impact on how players can be compared, rated and improved. I know that it has helped my game tremendously. Even though the out of body experience was a little weird the first few times!
