Ever wondered how fast your swing is? I know I certainly have and im sure many other golfers out there do too. The pros have long recognized the value of monitoring their swing speed and golf ball speed, which they use to determine the type of clubs they use and the suitability of different shafts.

Swing speed is not dependant on how hard your swinging but the speed at impact which your club face is travelling through the back of the golf ball. This is the true measure of how solid you are really hitting the ball.
